Returns
If you are unhappy with your Product for any reason, you will have 60 days from the purchase to return the Product and get a refund. You can return any Product (as defined below) you bought from zencortexhq.com, subject to the following conditions:
Return authorization must be applied for and granted within 60 days of purchase. You must contact us at support@zencortexhq.com to send an RMA and get one.
Your return authorization number will need to be sent along with your Product.
: After getting an RMA, send it back and email us with the RMA and tracking# to help us follow up on it. You'll have to pay for shipping.
Return the Product to the address emailed for a refund of all costs within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
The returned Product (s) must be in its original physical packaging (not damaged/broken). You must send all the accessories you got with your purchase back with your return.

We replace it only if it is defective or damaged. If you want to return it for another similar product, please email us at support@zencortexhq.com. If you wish to exchange the Product, we will provide you with additional information about where to return it. Note that we cannot accept returns past 60 days from delivery.
Gifts
You would get a gift credit for your return. This is if it was identified as a gift when you bought and delivered it directly. You will receive a gift certificate when the Product is returned.
If it wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver sent the order to themselves so they could give it to you later, we'll refund the gift giver, and he'll know about your return.
